Forky is the tritagonist in Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story 4 and the titular protagonist of Forky Ask A Question on Disney +. He is a plastic spork with googly eyes, a piece of yarn for a unibrow, a rubber band for a mouth, and pipe cleaners for arms. He was created by Bonnie in Toy Story 4.
