Pearl Harbor is a 2001 romantic war drama film directed by Armageddon director, Michael Bay, produced by Disney’s Touchstone Pictures, who worked on Bicentennial Man, The Nightmare Before Christmas and Gnomeo and Juliet.

  • Ben Affleck as Rafe McCrawley
  • Josh Hartnett as First Lieutenant Danny Walker

Pearl Harbor received negative reviews from reviewers, who generally criticized Affleck's performance, story, dialogue, length, and inaccuracies, but praised the soundtrack, practical effects, amount of real aircraft, and the attack being made into an action sequence. Due to the perfect amount of action in the movie, I became a lot more interested in the movie than I was back then, in addition to "There You'll Be" by Faith Hill being a notable highlight.
