Phineas enters the Swampy Oil 500 for the entire day with Ferb as his helper, and Isabella and the Fireside Girls as his pit crew, while Candace tries to frequently bust them but keeps failing, while Perry tries to stop Doofenshmirtz from deflating all of the tires.
